Modern long metal drill 2,2 cylindrical drill bit is intended for drilling cylindrical holes for through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified in the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are mainly carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, copper, aluminum and thermoplastics. Long drills for metal 2,2 found in the offer of our store are designed for professional workshop drilling. They are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel according to NWKb, DIN 340 from modern HSS high-speed steel. They have 2 central blades, special spiral grooves for removing chips from the drilled hole and also strong cutting edges. The properties of HSS steel enable high-performance and highly accurate drilling. The holes produced are axial along their entire length and have very low roughness. The drill blades are very resistant to harsh working conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage. The drills are suitable for machining materials in categories P1.2 - P1.3 using conventional drilling machines, milling and turning machines, as well as CNC machine tools.
