Specializedmetal drill 17,25 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 345. This is a NWKc drill bit, designed for processing materials classified in the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, carbon steels, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals. The drills we offer have a tip angle of 118 degrees, strong cutting edges resistant to impact and lateral forces, as well as spiral grooves for draining chips from the drilled hole. The 17.25 NWKc metal drill bits are manufactured from modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel that allows high cutting parameters, including high productivity and much higher precision. HSS drills are very resistant to harsh working conditions and also resistant to various mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping. This significantly extends their service life. They are recommended for conventional drills, milling and turning machines as well as modern CNC-controlled machine tools.
