The nominal diameter of the threads made is M65x2 and their manufacturing tolerance class is 6g. Die are suitable for hand and machine threading. They are manufactured according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS high speed steel. This is a high-grade tool steel used in the production of professional cutting tools. Die fine-coiled of this type are characterized by increased ability to cut very hard materials. They are very hard and durable, as well as plowed against abrasion. In addition, they are very rarely subject to such mechanical damage as breakage, cracking, chipping, dulling and others. This makes it possible to increase the catalog of materials that can be machined, as well as to increase cutting efficiency. The die fine threads in question are suitable for threading workpieces made of materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These include carbon steels, automatic steels, metals, hardened plastics, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys.
