Die M68x1,5 HSS for threading, professional designed for cutting external fine threads. Type die NHDa, nominal diameter of threads M68x1.5 tolerance class of made threads 6g. Proper thread cutting is carried out already in one working pass, after less than two coils, nut 1,75P. Offered in our store die fine threads are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They are characterized by higher machining efficiency and increased resistance to harsh working conditions. The die in question allow efficient and very accurate machining of hard unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, automatic steels and other hard materials. An important advantage of the tooling dies is the resistance of och blades to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). This makes it possible to extend the life of tools and reduce operating costs.
