Die M45x4 for manual and machine threading
Die M45x4 HSS for threading, round, NHDa type, for cutting external fine threads of M45x4 diameter. Designed for hand and machine threading. The tolerance class of the cut threads is 6g. Offered in our store die fine threads are dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They are manufactured according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel that ensures high cutting effects and longer tool life. Die made of this steel are very hard, durable and wear-resistant even at elevated temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) arising during high-speed threading. The blades of the threading dies are resistant to any mechanical damage, which significantly increases the life of the tools. The advantage of the dies is also the possibility of threading very hard materials and obtaining high precision of the cut threads. Die fine threaded dies of this type are designed for machining materials P1.2 - P1.3.
