Die M48x2 for manual and machine threading
Die M48x2 HSS for threading, round, fine-coil, type NHDa, for cutting external threads of nominal diameter M48x2. Proper thread cutting is carried out in the first working pass. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die designed for manual and machine threading. They are produced from modern, high-quality HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Die are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials, even at high cutting speeds. The blades of the threading dies are very durable and resistant to harsh working conditions, including the high temperatures created when threading at high speeds. The blades are resistant to chipping, chipping, breaking, cracking and other mechanical damage. The advantage of threading dies is also the possibility of obtaining very accurate cut surfaces (high precision machining). They are suitable for threading workpieces made of materials of class P1.2 - P1.3.
