Professional thread cutter M24x2,5 HSS for threading, Polish production VIS, type NHDa, for cutting external metric fine-coil threads, with the nominal diameter of the thread M24x2,5. Tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and complete thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two turns. Offered to you die fine threads are made with the highest accuracy, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from a special high-grade HSS - High Speed Steel. This type of tool steel is characterized by much higher cutting parameters than conventional tool steel. First of all, die made of it are more hard and durable, and can withstand very heavy cutting conditions. This type of die fine threads were produced for professional threading, in difficult conditions, at high speeds, at elevated temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). They can be used for machining unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, copper, aluminum and also thermoplastics.
