Modern M12x1,25 HSS threading dies, round dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. Designed for manual and machine cutting of external, metric fine threads .The nominal diameter of the threads made is M12x1,25, tolerance field 6g. Complete cutting of the thread takes place already in the first pass die, after less than two turns. The fine threads offered in our store die are in accordance with DIN 22 568 and are made of special WS steel. This is a steel that allows for very good cutting results. First of all, it allows machining of hard materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, unalloyed steels, structural steels, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals, plastics). In addition, die of WS steel are resistant to harsh working conditions and resistant to numerous mechanical damages caused during cutting. The blades of the dies are resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and others.
