Round M12x0.5 HSS threading dies, metric for cutting external, fine-coil threads of nominal diameter M12x0.5. Manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS 800 high speed steel. It is a high-grade tool steel designed for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials with toughness Rm up to 800 MPa, including carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, nonferrous metals, bronze, brass and hardened plastics. The die fine-coils we offer are characterized by high resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. They are suitable even for high-performance, high-speed machining, during which high temperatures are generated. The blades of the tooling dies are resistant to any mechanical damage, which means that die can be used for a very long time without having to buy new ones.
