M11x1 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM11x1 fine-coil HSS - a set of professional hand taps for cutting metric fine-coil threads type M 11x1, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, in accordance with DIN 2181. The set includes two taps: proper and finishing for carrying out both stages of threading. The total allowance of the cut material corresponding to the cross-section of the groove is divided between the two threaders. The threading process is carried out manually using a special knob. M11x1 manual thread ers are made of modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel), whose high cutting properties contribute to the high quality of the threaders. The tools are very resistant to difficult cutting conditions and their blades are resistant to blade damage during threading (breakage, chipping, cracking, dulling).
Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, it is possible to increase the efficiency and precision of cutting. The tools are suitable for machining P1.2 - P1.3 materials (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys). The offered M11x1 hand taps are manufactured by the well-known Czech company Bucovice. It has extensive experience in the tool market, which is strengthened by its ongoing cooperation with scientific institutions. The results of the scientists' research translate into modernization of production lines and implementation of new technologies.
