Threading annealer M34x2 HSS, round metric fine-coil, type NHDa, for external threads of nominal diameter M34x2. The root is designed for manual and machine threading. It was made of special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the dies are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures created when threading at high speed. This allows for a significant increase in machining productivity, with high quality of the machined surfaces. Fine threaded dies from our offer are designed for threading workpieces made of hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. The dies are resistant to all mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping and others. As a result, this results in extended tool life without the need for systematic replacement with new tools.
