M125x2 annealer for manual and machine threading

TheM125x2 HSS threading root, round NHDa, for manual and machine cutting of metric fine external threads of nominal diameter M125. Proper thread making takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two turns. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. In our store we offer you professional fine-coil dies in accordance with DIN 22 568. They are made of modern HSS high-speed steel from the Czech company Cztool Bucovice, valued for the production of tools with high cutting parameters and long service life. The offered M125x2 burnishers from HSS steel can be used in very harsh conditions and high speeds. At the same time, they show the ability to maintain high hardness and wear resistance at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The dies are designed for machining hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, brass, bronze and hardened plastics.
