The DIN 335 B HSSE conical countersink fi 20.5 mm 90 degrees is a precision cutting tool designed for advanced hole machining in difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, metal alloys and high-strength engineering plastics. Made from cobalt HSSE high-speed steel, it provides enhanced wear resistance and higher thermal durability compared to standard HSS tools.
With a Morse taper shank, the countersink provides stable clamping in conventional and CNC machine tools. The 3-blade design allows for an even distribution of cutting forces, resulting in higher accuracy, reduced vibration and an exceptionally smooth countersinking surface.
As a conical metal countersink, it can perfectly handle a wide range of construction materials. Its resistance to operating temperatures of up to six hundred degrees enables high-performance machining without sacrificing cutting quality.
