Thread cutter M85x3 for manual and machine threading
Professional M85x3 HSS threading dies, type NHDa designed for manual and machine cutting of external, fine-coil threads of nominal thread diameter M85x3. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. The dies offered to you in our store are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel), according to the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the dies are characterized by high hardness, resistance to abrasive wear and increased durability to severe cutting conditions (e.g., friction at significant unit pressures). The advantage of the tooling dies is, above all, the increased resistance of the blades to any mechanical damage caused during operation at high speeds and the resulting high temperature. The blades of the burnishing machines are resistant to fractures, cracks, splits, chipping and others. Fine-coil dies of this type are suitable for threading unalloyed steels, metals, hardened plastics, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys.
