It is a right-handed disc milling cutter mounted on a milling or lathe mandrel, designed to make a circle shape with a specified radius. We offer you high quality disc milling cutters, semicircular convex milling cutters, according to the dimensional standard DIN 856. For the production of the milling cutter, specialized HSS (High Speed Steel) was used. It is a tool steel with very good strength for harsh conditions also with increased resistance to abrasive wear. The R2 convex radius milling cutters NFRa in our offer are characterized by high hardness and durability. They can be used for high-performance machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, structural steel, automatic steel, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), as well as thermoset plastics.
