A professional 80 x4,5 mounted disc ball mill with a working diameter of 80 mm, width of 4,5 mm and with 62 teeth. This NFTe cutter is designed for professional profile cutting, cutting pipes and metal parts and also for milling narrow grooves, notches, grooves and recesses. Let us offer you high quality face milling cutters made of specialized HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel with high resistance to abrasive wear, improved cutting ability at elevated temperatures and also with high strength to withstand severe cutting conditions. Saw cutters 80 are suitable for high-speed machining at increased speeds, during which high temperatures are generated - up to 600 degrees C. The milling cutters are recommended for machining materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. These are unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, cast steel, gray cast iron and thermoset plastics.
