80x3 NFTe HSS ball milling cutter for metal

A professional 80 x3 high performance mounted circular ball mill for milling narrow grooves, notches, grooves and recesses, as well as for cutting profiles and cutting through pipes. It is an 80x3/28 NFTe cutter, and is made of specialized high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). This type of steel is distinguished by increased strength to withstand severe cutting conditions, higher impact toughness and heat resistance, as well as higher resistance to abrasive wear. The 80 ball milling cutters we offer are suitable for high speed machining (also at high temperatures up to 600 degrees C). They can be used for cutting metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermally hardened plastics, as well as unalloyed and alloyed steels. Their advantage is increased resistance to mechanical damage to the blades, which contributes to greater working comfort and extended tool life.
