High-quality 80 x5 mounted disc cutter type NFTe with a nominal diameter of 80 mm, width of 5 mm, having 40 teeth and a cylindrical hole shank. The cutter is recommended for cutting profiles, cutting through pipes and metal parts, as well as for milling narrow grooves, grooves, recesses and grooves. It is suitable for professional processing of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These are unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermosetting plastics as well as cast steel and gray iron. The NFTe 80-flush disc milling cutters offered in our store are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel with very good resistance to heavy cutting conditions, with high resistance to abrasive wear, as well as with increased impact strength and toughness. The cutters are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools o CNC machine tools.
