A professional 80 x5 NFTe mounted disc cutter with dimensions: 80x5, having 62 teeth and a cylindrical bore shank. It is a ball milling cutter recommended for milling narrow grooves, making notches, grooves and recesses, as well as for cutting profiles, cutting pipes and parts made of solid materials. The milling cutters offered in our store are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel characterized by increased resistance to severe cutting conditions and also increased resistance to potential mechanical damage to the blades (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). Saw milling cutters 80 HSS are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials classified in class P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, gray cast iron, cast steel and thermosetting plastic compounds. HSS disc cutters can withstand the high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting.
