Ball milling cutter for metal 100 x2,5 NFTe HSS
A professional 100 x2,5 NFTe mounted disc cutter with a diameter of 100 mm, width of 2,5 mm and 48 teeth. It is a ball mill designed for cutting profiles and for cutting pipes and parts made of solid materials. Dedicated not only to amateur machining, but also to multi-series machining in large industrial plants. It was manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). It is suitable for machining materials with strength above 800 MPa. The HSS 100-slotted disc milling cutters are recommended for cutting parts made of carbon and alloy steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, tool steel, gray cast iron, cast steel and thermosetting plastics. Their use ensures proper operation even in very difficult conditions, including elevated temperatures up to 600 degrees C. They are recommended for both conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes) and CNC machines.
