Professional 1 3/8-12 UNF machine taps with through shank for cutting American unified threads. UNF thread type, cross section 1 3/8 inch, 12 turns per inch. Outline of the thread angle triangular with an angle of 60 degrees, type of the D-cut - for threading through-holes and blind holes with a long thread run. The unified machine threaders we offer are manufactured from special molybdenum HSS high-speed steel. This is a modern steel with exceptional cutting properties. Machine taps 1 3/8-12 UNF made of this steel are more resistant to harsh working conditions and, above all, to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) arising during high-speed machining.
