Hook boring knife12x12 with S20/P20 carbide brazed insert, designed for professional undercutting and groove boring. The turning knives we offer are made in accordance with ISO 11. NNWc type of knives, size 12x12. The grade of carbide inserts used in the production allows machining of very hard materials, including steel, cast steel and malleable iron. Hook boring knives are designed for fine and medium precision cutting at high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. The 12x12 hook-boring knives are highly resistant to harsh cutting conditions, as well as resistant to abrasion under high temperatures. The blades of the knives are resistant to potential mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks and chipping. The knives also have the advantage of several times higher hardness and durability. The extended service life of the knives helps reduce overall labor costs. The knives are designed for conventional and CNC machine tools.
