Pointed boring knife with carbide brazed insert is designed for professional processing of hard and hard-to-machine materials. It is dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. We offer you professional 8x8 pointed boring knives , NNWb type, complying with ISO 9 DIN 4974, size 8x8. The S20/P20 grade of carbide allows machining of steel, cast steel and malleable iron. Lathe knives of this type are designed for medium and coarse machining at medium and low cutting speeds and significant cross sections of the cut layer. The blades of the knives are resistant to abrasion under the influence of high temperature, as well as resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). The knives we offer are also distinguished by increased hardness and durability, which affects the possibility of reducing overall machining costs.
