It is turning tool pointed with carbide brazed plate. The grade of carbide S10/P20 makes the knives offered by us characterized by much higher cutting parameters. First of all, they are resistant to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining and also resistant to any mechanical damage. In addition, the offered knives are distinguished by many times higher hardness and durability. This allows you to extend their service life and reduce overall machining costs. The subject pointed turning knives are designed for fine and medium fine finishing and precision turning of steel, cast steel and low alloy steel. They are suitable for machining at high cutting speeds and low feeds, with good rigidity of the machine tool - workpiece - tool system, as well as for intermittent cutting using negative rake angles.
