CVD-coated H6310 grade designed for machining steel and stainless steel.
High-grade MGMN 100 cutting insert, for grooving rectangular, multi-shot, round lathe, M-shape, type MGMN 150 manufactured by Korean manufacturer Horn. Its advantage is that it is very resistant to the high temperature generated during high speed cutting. The blades of the insert are resistant to temperatures as high as 700 - 1000 degrees C. A special grade of sintered carbide H6310 was used in the production of the insert.
It is a grade designed for machining workpieces made of unalloyed and alloyed steels. Our inserts are very hard and durable, and in this respect are comparable to the hardness of diamond. The inserts are recommended for conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
