M22x1 tool for manual and machine threading
M22x1 HSS threading root, metric fine-coil NHDa designed for external threads of diameter M22x1. The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g, and the proper execution of the thread takes place already in the first cut - after less than two coils - a 1.75P nut. This type of vanishing points are made of modern HSS - High Speed Steel in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Fine-coil vanishing points in the offer of our store are dedicated not only to individual customers, but above all to large workshops and production plants. The anneals have been manufactured with a view to increasing cutting efficiency and improving the quality of machined surfaces. Their blades are extremely hard, durable and wear-resistant even at elevated temperatures. They are rarely subject to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, splits, chipping, breakage). This guarantees longer tool life and thus reduces overall machining costs.
