High-quality M42x1,5 circular, metric fine-coil threading dies with nominal diameter M42x1,5 HSS for threading. Designed for machine and manual threading - with a special knob. Type of threading dies NHDa, diameter M42x1,5 tolerance class of made threads 6g. Complete execution of the thread takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils. The fine-coil dies offered in our store are intended for professional processing of very hard materials classified as class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, copper, aluminum, plastics. The fine-coiled button dies in question are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel) according to DIN 22 568. They are distinguished by their ability to withstand tough working conditions, including high temperatures resulting from high-speed cutting. The blades of the tooling machines are resistant to all mechanical damage, they rarely break, crack or chip, which significantly extends their service life and reduces overall machining costs.
