Countersink Ø16 mm 120° DIN 347 B HSS is a precision cutting tool designed for professional hole machining at an angle of one hundred twenty °. Equipped with a Morse taper shank with tang, it ensures secure clamping and stable operation even under intensive use on conventional machine tools and CNC machines.
Ø16 mm 120° countersink is made of high-grade high-speed steel (HSS), characterized by high hardness and abrasion resistance. The tool retains its cutting properties even at temperatures up to six hundred °C, enabling operation at high speeds and loads.
Three precision-ground cutting edges stabilize the cutting process, ensuring uniform penetration and surface finish. High-quality working surface of the tool improves chip evacuation and prevents material adhesion. Countersink for metal is suitable for working with unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, and plastics.
