We offer you high-end countersinks designed for professional processing of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (carbon steels, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, metals, thermoset plastics). The countersinks are made of special HSS high-speed steel. The properties of this steel directly affect better cutting results. Noteworthy is the greater resistance of countersinks to high temperatures of up to 600 degrees, which arises under the influence of higher cutting speed. This allows for high-performance machining and, as a result, for shorter working time and better utilization of owned machining stations.
