Countersink Ø63 mm 120° DIN 347 B HSS is a specialized cutting tool designed for hole machining at an angle of one hundred twenty °. Its robust Morse taper shank with tang ensures secure clamping and stable operation on both conventional drilling machines and modern CNC machines.
Ø63 mm 120° countersink is made of highly resistant high-speed steel (HSS), ensuring durability and high resistance to abrasion and overheating. The tool retains its cutting properties even at temperatures up to six hundred °C, enabling high-productivity machining while maintaining precision.
Three ground cutting edges stabilize the cutting process, ensuring uniform countersinking and a high-quality surface finish. High-quality surface facilitates chip evacuation and reduces the risk of workpiece material adhesion. Countersink for metal performs exceptionally well with materials in classes P1.2 – P1.3, including stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum, and plastics.
