Tapered countersink fi 63 mm 120 degrees DIN 347 B HSS is a specialized cutting tool designed for machining holes at an angle of one hundred and twenty degrees. Thanks to its solid Morse shank with a fin, it provides secure clamping and stable operation on both conventional drills and modern CNC machines.
The fi 63 mm 120-degree tapered countersink is made of highly resistant HSS, guaranteeing durability and high resistance to abrasion and overheating. The tool retains its cutting properties even at temperatures as high as six hundred degrees Celsius, which allows machining with high efficiency while maintaining precision.
Three ground working blades stabilize the cutting process, which ensures uniform countersinking and a high-quality surface finish. The high-quality surface facilitates chip evacuation and reduces the risk of workpiece sticking. The conical metal countersink is ideal for working with P1.2 - P1.3 grade materials, including stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum and plastics.
