This is a file with high cutting properties, designed for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials such as unalloyed, alloyed, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels, cast steel, various grades of cast iron and other materials. Rounded rotary files fi 12 mm offered by us are suitable for a variety of cutting work, including shape sawing, smoothing early machined surfaces, smoothing any irregularities, removing corrosion, leveling weld seams, breaking edges and other machining methods. The rotary files in question are made of conventional tool steel in the shank part and VHM carbide in the working part. Thanks to the carbides used in the rotary files fi 12 mm, they are very hard, durable and resistant to very harsh cutting conditions. They are distinguished by the best of all materials, and their technical parameters exceed even the properties of high-speed steels. Carbide files are characterized by hardness close to diamond.
