Modern rounded rotary file fi 6, designed for sawing and slicing the machined surface. The working part of the file is made of VHM sintered carbides, which guarantees increased tool strength to withstand tough cutting conditions, as well as wear resistance. VHM carbides are characterized by the best cutting properties of all tool steels, far exceeding those of high-speed steels. They are characterized by hardness close to that of diamond and high wear resistance. Rounded rotary files fi 6 offered in our store are suitable for various works aimed at smoothing the machined surface. They can be used to remove burrs and unevenness, to remove corrosion, to chamfer edges, to smooth out welds and seams, to level out the efflorescence left after casting processes. The files are characterized by a long period of trouble-free use and increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions.
