Morse 16 taper shank cutter
Morse 16 taper burr is designed for finishing, semi-finishing and roughing operations. It is a cylindrical-face burr, commonly referred to as a finger burr. It has a Morse taper shank, special chip grooves used to guide chips out of the hole. The milling cutters in question are made of modern high-quality high-speed steel. Thanks to its properties, the cutters are very hard and very durable. They are characterized by resistance to heavy cutting conditions and increased resistance to possible mechanical damage. Morse 16 taper burrs are resistant to chipping, chipping and others. In addition, the milling cutters are resistant to the high temperature generated during high-speed cutting, which allows for increased productivity and more comfortable operation. They can be used on conventional machine tools and modern CNC computer-controlled automatic machines.
