Morse's 19 taper cylindrical shankmilling cutter is made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). It is also commonly referred to as a finger milling cutter, dedicated not only to small workshops, but also to large industrial plants performing batch processing. The finger cutters we offer are used to perform finishing, semi-finishing and roughing. They are suitable for conventional machine tools and modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools. Their advantage is increased resistance to harsh cutting conditions and resistance to any mechanical damage caused during high-speed cutting. Morse 19 taper burrs have torsion blades with an angle of 30 degrees, and between them are located special chip grooves responsible for the discharge of chips outside the tool.
