End mill 14 Morse taper. This is end mill tapper shank with cylindrical and spur blades, designed for finishing, medium and rough machining. It is a milling cutter distinguished by its high quality made of special HSS high-speed steel. The cutter is very hard and durable, and is characterized by increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. It allows machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3. class These are unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, cast steel, gray cast iron, ductile iron and malleable iron. The 14-cone Morse taper finger milling cutters have 30-degree angled blades and special chip grooves used to guide chips up the tool. This feature reduces the risk of clogging the grooves during machining and consequently damaging the tool. The cutters in question are suitable for machining on conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools.
