Modern thread milling cutter 06036C9, recommended for M5 and MF threads Ø≥6, with a pitch of 0.8. Made according to the ISO standard using the most modern materials. It is a universal milling cutter that can be used for milling right and left, as well as internal and external threads. A complete thread is formed in just one pass, and thanks to special chip grooves the cutting is smooth. The thread milling cutter we offer is a tool that can be used for machining a very wide catalog of hard and hard-to-machine materials, including unalloyed steels, alloy steels, austenitic steels, stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The cutter uses a special grade of MT7 carbide, which increases the cutter's resistance to heavy loads, as well as other adverse machining conditions. Even at the risk of mechanical damage to the cutter, there is no fear of damaging the workpiece. The TiALN layer increases the accuracy of the threads made.
