Grade of carbide MT7 - this is a very granular carbide with TiALN multilayer coating designed for work at medium and high cutting speeds, making them very universal tools.

High quality thread milling cutter MT 1010C27 M16 and MF Ø≥17, with a pitch of 2.0. Made in accordance with ISO by the Israeli company CARMEX. The company is known worldwide and respected for the high quality of its tools. Its products are characterized by increased resistance to harsh cutting conditions and above-average resistance to any mechanical damage. CARMEX thread mills are suitable for machining a wide range of materials at medium and high speeds. These include non-ferrous metals, alloy and non-alloy steels, stainless steels, austenitic steels, heat-hardening plastics. A special grade of sintered carbide MT7 with an additional TiALN coating is used in the production of cutters. Such a design enables much higher cutting effects, including higher productivity and increased cutting accuracy.
