Grade of carbide MT7 - this is a very granular carbide with TiALN multilayer coating designed for work at medium and high cutting speeds, making them very universal tools.

Professional thread milling cutter dedicated to both individual customers and large production plants - for multi-series processing. This is a thread milling cutter MT 0808C28 M12 and MF Ø≥14, with a pitch of 1,75. A special type of sintered carbide MT7, with TiALN coating, was used in the production. Such a milling cutter design provides high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions, resistance to mechanical damage, increased machining efficiency and the possibility of achieving high precision of milled threads. The milling cutters in our offer are manufactured in accordance with ISO by the Israeli company CARMEX. It is a company operating in the tool industry since 1988. It systematically improves the tool production process, and implements innovative methods and materials.
