Grade of carbide MT7 - this is a very granular carbide with TiALN multilayer coating designed for work at medium and high cutting speeds, making them very universal tools.

Modern thread milling cutter MT 0807C24, for M10 and MF Ø≥12 threads, with a pitch of 1.5. Manufactured in accordance with ISO, by the well-known Israeli company CARMEX. The tools of this brand are known for their high quality workmanship, with modern materials. They ensure comfortable machining, even in very difficult cutting conditions and long service life. The thread milling cutter offered in our store is made using a special grade of sintered carbide MT7, with a TiALN coating. Such a design of the tool allows machining a very wide range of materials at medium and high cutting speeds. It is suitable for machining unalloyed and alloyed steels, stainless steels, austenitic steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Complete threading is accomplished in the first pass, and threading is smooth thanks to spiral grooves.
