High quality thread milling cutter type 06022C5, with pitch P-0,5 according to ISO, MT - without internal cooling, number of chip grooves 3. This is a professional solid carbide milling cutter, for the production of which very fine-grained carbide coated with TiALN layer is used. It is a universal grade of carbide, which allows machining a very wide range of materials, at medium and high cutting speeds. It can be used for machining carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, austenitic steels, cast iron, plastics. A complete thread is formed in one pass, and special chip grooves allow smooth machining. The multilayer coating ensures that the tool is more resistant to harsh cutting conditions and also has a longer service life. The advantage of the cutter is that it can be used for right and left-hand threads, as well as external and internal threads. The thread cutter we offer is recommended for CNC machine tools.
