It can be used to make pipe and cylindrical threads, used to connect pipes and other mechanical components of fittings. These threads are of type Rp, 4", angle 55 degrees, DIN EN 10226-1. The inch-pipe machine threaders we offer are suitable for both amateur machining and professional use in large locksmith shops. They are made of cobalt HSSE high-speed steel, the unique properties of which affect the special threading parameters. First of all, the machine threaders in question are extremely resistant to harsh cutting conditions, and their blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, breaking out and chipping. In addition, the threaders make it possible to achieve higher machining efficiency and reduce the time for threading a single workpiece.
