High-quality machine Tap general-purpose for cutting American tapered pipe threads NPT 3/4-14. It is a tapping machine dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. Machine taps in the offer of our store are produced in accordance with the latest standards, according to the dimensional standard DIN 374. For the production of taps a special high-grade HSSE high-speed steel was used. It is a steel with the addition of about 5% cobalt, which influences the hardness of the taps by several times, as well as improving their cutting properties.
HSSE high-speed steel machine taps are much more resistant to severe cutting conditions than tools made of conventional tool steel. In addition, their blades are resistant to abrasion and other mechanical damage. The threaders we offer are manufactured by the world-famous and respected Polish company Fanar.
