A modern metric fine thread machine tap, type M, size 8x0.75, made of special HSSE high-speed steel with approximately 5% cobalt. This tap is manufactured to the ISO 529 dimensional standard with a form D chamfer. The tap is manufactured by the world-renowned Serbian company FRA (Fabrica Reznog Alata), whose products are valued by professionals in nearly every industry. The taps are intended for both retail customers and large industrial plants. They can be used on various types of conventional machine tools and modern computer-controlled CNC machine tools. Their main advantage is greater resistance to demanding cutting conditions and increased wear resistance, even at high temperatures reaching 670°C. The tap cutting edges resist breakage, cracking, and other mechanical damage.
