M8 machine threader for aluminum
The tapping machine is designed for machining non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and magnesium.

High-quality M8 aluminum tapping die with reinforced shank for machine production of ISO DIN-13 metric ordinary threads, type M, diameter 8 mm, with a 60-degree angle and type C nut (2 - 3 P). The tapping machine is used for making through-holes and blind holes of different lengths (for threading nuts) in materials giving short chips. The tapping tool is made of special cobalt high speed steel HSSE. First of all, the threader allows to increase machining efficiency and reduce threading time. In addition, the special wear-resistant coating affects the lower coefficient of friction, which effectively reduces the adhesion of chips to the blade. HSSE steel also enables higher cutting precision and increases the resistance of the blade to possible mechanical damage caused during heavy-duty machining. The threader is suitable for threading workpieces made of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel.
