M6 machine threader for aluminum
The tapping machine is designed for machining non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and magnesium.

Professional taps M6 for aluminum with through shank of general use, for machine cutting of ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 6 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. It is made of special HSS high speed steel. The addition of 5% cobalt to the steel, on the other hand, allows for better cutting performance and the ability to machine very hard materials under harsh conditions. These attributes of the threader allow threading of hard-to-machine materials such as non-ferrous metals, plastics, copper alloys, aluminum. The high efficiency obtained by using this threader allows for a significant reduction in the machining time of a single component, better utilization of the workstation, and thus significant economic benefits.
