Modern M10x1 machine tapping thread er with through shank, complying with DIN 374 for metric fine threads. Thread size M10x1, nut A, angle 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Taps of this type are mainly intended for any professional work, where high performance of cutting tools and high resistance to heavy cutting conditions are required. The fine-coil machine taps offered in our store are produced from modern high-speed steel HSSE (High Speed Steel). This is a tool steel with improved cutting parameters. Above all, its use in the production of taps affects their longer service life and the possibility of high-performance threading. This influences the reduction of machining time and the extension of the service life of taps. As a result, these advantages reduce overall machining costs. The blades of taps are resistant to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). M10x1 machine taps are designed for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3.
