Designed for cutting pipe and cylindrical threads type G 7/8", angle of outline 55 degrees, type D - for through-holes and blind holes in materials with a short chip, DIN ISO 228. These inch-pipe machine thread cutters are dedicated not only to individual customers but also to large manufacturing plants. Their greatest advantage is the specialized HSS high-speed steel. This unique material significantly improves machining effects and, above all, increases productivity. HSS also makes it possible to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, stainless steel, cast steel, cast iron, copper alloys, zinc alloys and others. The machine threaders we offer are also highly resistant to harsh working conditions, including even high temperatures of up to 670 degrees C. Their blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out and dulling.
