Professional M18 long machine thread cutter NGMf for nuts, Polish production FWP (Factory of precision products). It is designed for cutting metric ordinary threads, type M, cross section 18 mm, ISO DIN-13. The field of the threads made is ISO 2 (6H). The M18 long thread cutter can be used where a long overhang of the thread cutter is necessary. The metric machine taps in question are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel, the properties of which directly affect the quality of cutting. First of all, HSS steel causes better machining efficiency, and thus allows to reduce the machining time of a single workpiece and make more profitable use of the workstations. In addition, high-speed steel shows high durability, hardness and abrasion resistance at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The machine threaders offered to you have better cutting properties and guarantee a long service life. They can be used for threading parts made of metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
