Left-hand M18 threading dies for hand and machine threading
Round M18 x2,5 HSS threading dies, NHMa, for cutting external metric ordinary threads, diameter M18. It is suitable for left-hand threading - LH, the tolerance class of made threads is 6g. The dies we offer are manufactured by the Polish company FANAR. They are characterized by high quality workmanship made of special HSS 800 high speed steel. Its properties affect increased machining capabilities, above all, higher productivity and better accuracy. They can be used for threading workpieces made of P1.2 - P1.3 class materials (metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The threading dies we offer are resistant to harsh working conditions, resistant to the high temperature created when threading at high speed. They are also rarely subject to mechanical damage (cracks, splits, chipping, dulling), which extends the period of their use and reduces the overall cost of machining.
