Involute gear cutter M1,5 NR8 HSS
Involute gear cutter M1,5 NR8 HSS is a precision tool designed for the shaped cutting of external serrations in gears with a module of 1.5. The cutter marked with the number NR8 is the last item in the set of eight cutters of the NFMa system and is used for machining wheels with the highest number of teeth in a given module.
Being made of HSS ensures long life and high wear resistance, even during intensive use. The cutter is equipped with staggered blades and designed with a 20° buttress angle, which translates into precision tooth shaping and aesthetics of the machined surface. Ideal for applications in precision mechanics, tool shops and mass production.
