Involute gear cutter TheM0.9 NR2 HSS is a professional cutting tool designed for precision cutting of gear teeth with an involute outline and 0.9 module. Made from high-grade HSS, this cutter offers excellent durability and wear resistance, even when working in harsh industrial environments.
The NR2 model is the second item in a set of eight NFMa-type modular cutters, designed for machining gears with a slightly higher number of teeth than the NR1 cutter. Thanks to the staggered blades and the 20° buttress angle, the tool allows to obtain a high-quality cut surface and maintain the required geometric parameters of the teeth.
